Valley Medical Center "Motility Room" Twin Murals

This cross section of a sail boat was built mainly as a bench for parents to relax in the room while their child is tested. The plank on the boat not only functioned as a sloap device but when raised at the far end it could act like a balance beam, as well. Children were also encouraged to reel in a fish with this oversized fishing pole built to interact with any cranking motions.
